Refund and Exchange Policy
Branco Toon Store will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a printed product unless:
- The product was misprinted.
- The product was damaged (excluding damages incurred during delivery).
- The product does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., the printed image is incorrect or placed incorrectly, or the product is the wrong size, color, or type).
We reserve the sole discretion to grant a refund (including the refund method), credit your account, or replace a printed product. To request a refund, credit, or replacement, please send a photograph and a brief explanation of the issue to us via email at branco@brancotoonstore.com within 30 days of delivery.
For clarification, Branco Toon Store will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a printed product solely because:
- It was unsatisfactory for any reason (other than a failure to match the provided fulfillment information).
- The shipping provider did not complete delivery or the delivery was late.
In such cases, you must place a new order, or the recipient must attempt to resolve any delivery disputes with the shipping provider.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that the cost of shipping originally paid to deliver your items will not be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank as there may be some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item in a different size, please send us an email at branco@brancotoonstore.com. Once we receive your email, we will provide instructions to ensure your exchange is handled correctly and without delay. Please email us before mailing any exchange item, as we may not accept exchanges without prior notification.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund—even if the shipping was free at the time of purchase. If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
